As a candidate for the position in the CAG department with 6-10 years of experience and a CA education background, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Reviewing Financial Statements of an Insurance Company on a monthly basis - Ensuring regulatory compliance in accordance with the regulator and other statutes - Overseeing quarterly and annual audits, including interactions with statutory/internal auditors - Implementing ERP systems - Conducting GL reviews - Leading various new business initiatives within the company - Coordinating and managing cross-department activities - Delivering reports with the highest quality and accuracy, including business analysis - Driving automation of manual activities - Troubleshooting and validating various data requests - Acting as a team leader and supporting the team with ongoing projects and assigned tasks Additionally, your specialized skills and competencies will include proficiency in financial statement reviews, regulatory compliance, audit responsibilities, ERP implementation, GL reviews, business initiative management, cross-department coordination, report delivery, automation implementation, troubleshooting, and team leadership.
