Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a background in Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or Medical Devices. Who will have a proven track record in converting leads into successful sales, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the medical devices sector.
• Generate and qualify leads; convert them into long-term customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, procurement teams, and other stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable medical device solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for clients.
• Prepare and negotiate sales contracts in alignment with company policies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in sales/business development in pharma, healthcare, or medical devices.
• Proven ability to convert leads into sales and close high-value deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
