🚍 Job Opportunity: Bus Captain – Intercity Smart Bus Service 🚍About the Company: India’s First Smart Bus Service ensuring standardized facilities with: ✅ On-time guarantee (50% refund for delays >30 mins) ✅ Attached clean toilet ✅ Trained driver & crew ✅ Live GPS & CCTV for travel safety ✅ Clean & comfortable seats ✅ Hygiene-sealed blankets & mineral water Position: Bus Captain (Full-time)Location: Tamil Nadu (Intercity routes) Shift: Evening & Night (6 days working/week) Salary: ₹15,000 (Take Home) + Incentives Key Responsibilities:Manage passenger boarding & seating at allotted bus points. Ensure promised facilities are available & maintain a daily checklist. Call & assist passengers to reach the boarding point on time. Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues & enhance passenger experience. Handle spot bookings & maintain daily booking accounts. Travel with the bus (8–14 hours journey) & return next day. Assist passengers with onboard needs & amenities. Collect customer ratings & reviews during/after journey. Requirements / Skills: Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred. Must be willing to travel with the bus daily. Polite, professional communication & customer-friendly approach. Fluency in Tamil required; basic English desirable.
