Job Description

International Voice Process team

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
Deliver clear, professional, and empathetic communication while resolving queries.
Ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction
through active listening and problem-solving.
Update and maintain CRM systems and call logs with accuracy.
Consistently meet process KPIs and performance targets.

Requirements

6 months 4 years
of experience in
International Voice Process / Customer Support / BPO
.
English proficiency: C1 level
(excellent spoken and written communication).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
Comfortable working in
night shifts and graveyard shifts
.
Educational Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate accepted.
Freshers
will not be considered
for this role.
