Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual for the role of Business Development Executive. This full-time on-site position, based in Kota, involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The role includes managing accounts, developing strategies for brand growth, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate is results-driven, proactive, and passionate about business growth and customer engagement.

• Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Communication and building client relationships
• Competence in Business and Account Management
• Ability to develop strategies and identify opportunities for growth
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in the edible oil or FMCG industry is an advantage
