Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Building Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a residential building. The role involves supervising staff, monitoring maintenance activities, addressing resident complaints, and ensuring cleanliness, safety, and smooth functioning of the premises.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Supervision
• Be present during working hours
• Monitor housekeeping, security, and technical staff
• Ensure duties are performed as per schedule
Maintenance Coordination
• Identify and report maintenance issues
• Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, and other technicians
• Supervise repair and maintenance work on-site
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in residential building or facility supervision
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure
• Honest, alert, and service-oriented mindset
