Job Description

As a Field Sales Manager for building materials, your role involves driving regional growth through dealer/distributor networks and effectively managing sales teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and managing dealer/distributor networks - Achieving sales targets on a monthly and annual basis - Generating leads and converting business opportunities - Monitoring market trends and competitor activities - Ensuring brand visibility through market visits - Coordinating with internal teams such as logistics, accounts, and marketing - Training and leading field sales teams To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years experience in offline sales within the building materials industry - Strong background in dealer/distributor sales - Proven track record of achieving sales targets - Excellent communication skills and team leadership capabilities - Graduate degree required, MBA preferred - Willingness to travel extensively In addition, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift schedule and performance bonus incentives. Previous experience in building material sales is preferred.
