Building Material Field Sales

The position of Field Sales Manager in Building Materials requires an experienced individual who will be responsible for driving regional growth through dealer/distributor networks and effectively managing sales teams. Key responsibilities include building and managing dealer/distributor networks, achieving sales targets on a monthly and annual basis, generating leads and converting business opportunities, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, ensuring brand visibility through market visits, and coordinating with internal teams such as logistics, accounts, and marketing. Additionally, the Field Sales Manager will also be in charge of training and leading field sales teams. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in offline sales within the building materials industry, with a strong background in dealer/distributor sales and a proven track record of target achievement. Excellent communication skills, team leadership abilities, and a graduate degree (MBA preferred) are also required. The candidate should be willing to travel extensively. Preferred industries for this role include Cement, Paints, Tiles, Plywood, Pipes, TMT, Sanitaryware, Adhesives, etc. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, with performance bonuses offered. An ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Building Material Sales.
