Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Building Management System Operator, located on-site in New Delhi. The day-to-day tasks for this position include monitoring and operating building management systems, performing regular building maintenance, and ensuring the effective management of facilities. The role also involves responding to system alerts, diagnosing issues, and coordinating with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the building's infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience in Building Management, Building Management Systems (BMS), and Management Systems
• Skills in Building Maintenance and Facility Management (FM)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently and on-site
• Relevant certifications in Building Management Systems or Facility Management are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred
