Job Description

We’re Hiring: BMS Operator

BMS Operator

Location:

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and maintain the Building Management System (BMS).
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in BMS hardware and software, including controllers, sensors, and actuators.
Perform regular calibration and testing of BMS devices and field instruments.
Update and maintain BMS software, graphics, and control sequences.
Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, mechanical teams, and AMC contractors to ensure smooth system operations.

Requirements:

+5 years hands-on experience in Facility Management or BMS operations.
Knowledge of BMS systems, preferably Siemens and Honeywell.
Understanding of computer programming and building automation protocols.
Relevant BMS courses or certifications are a plus.
