Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Building Maintenance professional to join our team at MiDi pvt.ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance and be able to work independently.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain the overall upkeep of the building, including repairs and renovations.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely project completion.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
