Builder Relation Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Conducting induction programs for new joiners to familiarize them with the organization and its pace - Providing training and development programs to help employees upskill - Running rewards and recognition programs to boost employee morale - Developing and maintaining relationships with builders - Empanelling with brokers and handling customer queries related to bookings, cancellations, and property transfers - Serving as the main point of contact for business and clients - Liaising with local authorities, clients, and business stakeholders to maintain strong relationships - Must possess good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Preferably male candidates with a background in Real Estate - Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and manage customer relationships successfully - Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills Qualifications Required: - 7 to 10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry - Good communication skills - Presentable appearance - Negotiation skills - Quick learner - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets - Strong verbal and written communication skills Additional Details: We believe in the core values of Integrity, Teamwork, Transparency, Innovation, Dynamism, and Customer Centricity.
