Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive sales and build long-term customer relationships in the biotech sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of industrial or scientific products, and a track record of achieving revenue targets in B2B markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify, qualify, and acquire new customers across target industry segments (e.g., pharmaceutical, chemical, food, cosmetics, etc.).
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts by understanding their requirements, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement territory or sector-specific sales plans aligned with overall business objectives.
  •  Product Promotion: Effectively present and demonstrate technical or specialized products to procurement teams, R&D departments, or plant managers.
  •  Negotiation & Closure: Enable price discussions, contract negotiations, and deal closure while adhering to commercial and regulatory guidelines.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and product development.
  •  CRM & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, supply chain, and senior management to ensure smooth project handovers and customer satisfaction.

  • Technical / Managerial / Communication Skills;
  •  Ability to understand the business
  • Ability to create  presentations, excel sheets, documents etc
  •  Ability to interact with and present corporate presentations to customers and collaborators.
  •  Excellent communication skills written and oral;

Reporting Structure: Will report to and work closely with the Sales, BD and commercial team.
