Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor
BTL marketing campaigns
including doctor engagement programs, health camps, workshops, CME events, and patient awareness activities.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to design localized marketing strategies to increase footfalls and referrals.
Develop and implement promotional activities in hospitals, clinics, societies, and community spaces.
Manage vendor relationships for printing, events, and promotional material.
Track ROI and effectiveness of BTL activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Ensure brand visibility and consistency across all offline channels.
Maintain strong coordination with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of campaigns.

Requirements:

Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field.
4+ years of experience in BTL marketing, preferably in
healthcare/diagnostics/pharma
industry.
Strong understanding of
doctor engagement, patient outreach, and healthcare marketing dynamics
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team with a result-oriented approach.
