Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BTL Client Service position, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The BTL Client Service professional will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering customer service. Day-to-day tasks include handling client inquiries, coordinating and overseeing events and activations, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects. Additionally, the role involves working closely with the finance team to manage budgets and financial aspects of client projects.
