- Actively participate in Branch operations and sales equally to ensure Branch sales
target are met.
- Managing and increasing the portfolio of existing customers mapped.
- Generating new business and ensure overall value enhancement from existing customer base.
- Customer Interactions per day and along with visits to ensure resolution of customer issues
queries.
- Proactively monitoring balances and controlling attrition.
- Catering about a customer base of classic customers (bank relationship of min.1 lakh).
- Optimum lead generation to ensure branch targets of lead conversion are met for all bank
products.
- Monthly Revenue Generation from various bank products viz. UFD, Credit Card, Demat,
Mutual Funds, SIP, Other Deposits and Life insurance.
