As an App Sales Executive at India's largest dedicated options analytics platform, you will join a dynamic sales team focused on outbound sales activities. Your role will involve proactively identifying and generating new business opportunities through various sales strategies. You will work closely with a motivated team in a fast-paced environment, engaging in prospecting, client engagement, sales presentations, objection handling, meeting sales targets, pipeline management, market research, and collaboration with other departments. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and generate new business through outbound sales activities - Engage in prospecting, client engagement, sales presentations, and objection handling - Meet sales targets and effectively manage the sales pipeline - Conduct market research and collaborate with other departments for sales success Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in outbound sales or a similar field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with excellent negotiation abilities - Sales executive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus - Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and tools The compensation package for this role will be based on experience and interview performance, with additional incentives tied to monthly sales achievements. Employees have the potential to earn up to 40-75% of their salary as monthly incentives through consistent performance.
