Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Account Manager Broker Channel to strengthen our broker relationships and drive business growth through channel engagement, product support, and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage strong relationships with existing and new insurance brokers. Drive business generation through broker partners in retail and commercial lines. Identify new market opportunities and increase the company's footprint through broker networks. Ensure smooth onboarding of brokers and compliance with regulatory guidelines. Conduct training sessions and product presentations for broker teams. Coordinate with internal underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure end-to-end service delivery. Monitor performance metrics and regularly report on sales achievements and targets.
