Role Overview

As a Broker Relationship Manager, you will act as the single point of contact (POC) for all broker relationships. You will be responsible for onboarding new brokers, managing long-term partnerships, and driving buyer traffic and property acquisitions through the broker network. This role requires strong negotiation, relationship management, and networking skills, along with the ability to handle a high volume of on-field interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Broker Onboarding:

   Identify, engage, and onboard new brokers into clients channel partner network.

• Relationship Management:

   Act as the POC for all brokers, nurturing strong, long-term relationships.

• Driving Buyer Traffic:

   Collaborate with brokers to source qualified buyers for the client properties.

• Property Acquisition:

   Encourage brokers to bring in high-potential properties for the portfolio.

• Performance Monitoring:

   Track broker performance against sales and acquisition targets, provide feedback, and drive improvements.

• Training & Support:

   Conduct training sessions to align brokers with clients processes, products, and systems.

• Market Intelligence:

   Stay updated with market trends and identify new collaboration opportunities within the broker network.

• Regular Engagement:

   Maintain frequent check-ins and meetings with brokers to ensure consistent performance.

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and network effectively in semi-professional settings.
• Fluency in Hindi and local languages (Marathi preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM tools for activity tracking.

Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel extensively within Powai and other parts of Mumbai.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
