JD Summary:
We have an urgent requirement for a BRM Operations Lead to oversee and automate the ongoing maintenance of our Oracle BRM system. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in BRM architecture, operations, and scripting for process automation.Primary Skills & Responsibilities:BRM Architecture & Operations: 10+ years of end-to-end BRM system managementScripting & Automation: Develop scripts (Perl, Python, Shell) to automate repetitive maintenance tasksSystem Maintenance: Plan and execute BRM upgrades, patches, and performance tuningProcess Expertise: Strong understanding of BRM processes and past experience on maintenance projectsMonitoring & Troubleshooting: Implement health checks, monitor system KPIs, and resolve incidentsStakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and reliability
