Branded Workshop & Project Manager

Role Overview: As a Branded Workshop & Project Manager at Castrol India, you will play a crucial role in setting up a network of premium car workshops under the brand name Castrol Auto Service. Your main responsibility will be to expand this network rapidly over the next few years, ensuring a superior customer experience and contributing to the overall success of the brand. Key Responsibilities: - Develop Service Capability & Approach and Embedding Customer Experience - Bring outside perspective to create a standardized and differentiated consumer experience - Lead special projects to drive consumer footfalls and value for consumers - Acquire and develop a customer base of Branded Workshops in assigned territories - Concept selling of Castrol's Branded Workshop offer to prospects - Complete quality deployment of channel offer including SOP training, audits, and activations - Achieve month-wise Secondary sales objectives for entire product range - Develop positive relationships with key customers and ensure quality service Qualifications Required: - Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering / Technology, with major of sales & marketing related is helpful - 8+ years of sales & marketing experience in B2B space - Experience in service business of key OEMs and sales/ business development with multi-brand automotive aftermarket players - Sound commercial knowledge on contracts and experience in long-term contract negotiation - Excellent selling skills, knowledge on auto technology, and automotive aftermarket - Strong negotiation skills, influencing abilities, and excellent communication capability - Customer-centric approach and ability to handle uncertainty and ambiguity Additional Details: Castrol India, a subsidiary of the bp Group, is a major player in the global lubricant industry with a century of market leadership.
