Branded Workshop & Project Manager

Role Overview: As a Branded Workshop & Project Manager at Castrol India, you will play a critical role in setting up a network of premium car workshops under the brand name Castrol Auto Service. Your main responsibility will be to develop the service capability and approach, embed customer experience, and drive customer acquisitions. Your role will also involve offer deployment, workshop management, and overall business delivery responsibility. Key Responsibilities: - Develop the service capability and approach, embedding customer experience and influencing consumer experience in the workshop network - Lead the implementation of special projects to drive consumer footfalls and bring value for consumers and customers - Develop a detailed plan for acquiring and developing customer base of Branded Workshops in assigned territories - Complete quality deployment of channel offer including SOP training, audits, branding, and activations - Achieve month-wise secondary sales objectives for the entire product range across customers - Develop positive relationships with key customers, ensure quality service, and counter competitor activities Qualifications Required: - Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering/Technology with a major in sales & marketing, along with 8+ years of sales & marketing experience in the B2B space - Experience in service business of key OEMs and sales/business development with multi-brand automotive aftermarket players - Sound commercial knowledge on contracts, long-term contract negotiation, and value creation - Excellent selling skills, knowledge of auto technology, and automotive aftermarket - Strong negotiation skills, influencing abilities, and communication capability - Ability to drive growth in a competitive market environment, proactive approach, and willingness to learn - Customer-centric approach, ability to handle uncertainty and ambiguity - Willingness to travel extensively, with up to 25% travel expected in this role Additional Company Details: Castrol India, a key player in the global lubricant industry operating under the bp Group, excels in automotive, industrial, and marine lubricants.
