Role Overview: You will be leading the brand strategy and copywriting efforts at Mush in Noida. The role requires you to support strategic thinking with structure, research, and articulation to manage client end-to-end. You will collaborate closely with the founder to shape and prepare thinking for client discussions and internal teams. This is not a traditional copywriting role but focuses on translating ambiguous briefs into clear problem statements, leading research and competitor analysis, structuring brand narratives, and preparing decks to explain ideas effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Translate ambiguous briefs into clear problem statements - Lead research, competitor analysis, and insight synthesis - Structure brand narratives, positioning logic, and messaging frameworks - Prepare decks and written material to explain the effectiveness of ideas - Help articulate thinking for client conversations and presentations - Collaborate with the design director for strategic alignment - Own the framing and articulation to keep leadership discussions focused - Think before writing, work with ambiguity, and present complex ideas in simple language - Challenge weak thinking respectfully and present ideas confidently to senior stakeholders - Value logic, clarity, and substance over buzzwords Qualifications Required: - Strategic thinking & problem framing skills - Conceptual writing and narrative building experience - Research and insight development capabilities - Proficiency in presentation and storytelling - Strong client communication and articulation skills Additional Company Details: Mush values thinking, clarity, and intent over noise.
