About the Role

AYAY VENTURES is expanding its digital and physical presence! We’re looking for a confident, camera-ready, and creative professional who can represent our brand both online and in-person.

This role blends content strategy, social media handling, and client-facing communication — ideal for someone who enjoys creative storytelling as well as brand representation.

Prefrences -We prefer candidates who are confident, charismatic, and have a strong on-camera presence. A good appearance, friendly personality, and professional attitude are important since this role involves representing the brand both online and in-person.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

-Be the on-camera face of AYAY VENTURES across social media.

-Act as the first spokesperson in our office — attend visitors, clients, or walk-ins with professionalism and confidence.

-Plan what content needs to be created, uploaded, or promoted across platforms.

-Coordinate with the creative & video teams to ensure quality and brand alignment.

-Write catchy captions, copy, and scripts for social media videos.

-Track engagement, trends, and campaign performance.

-Maintain a stylish and approachable on-brand personality both online and offline.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

-Are confident on camera and comfortable being the voice & face of a brand.

-Have 0–3 years of experience in social media or content creation.

-Have strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

-Are proactive, well-groomed, and confident in meeting clients or representing the brand in office.

-Can work full-time on-site in Noida, Sector 136.
