Hiring: Account Manager (Remote | EST hours - 9 AM to 5 PM | IST - 6.30 PM to 2.30 AM)

We’re hiring a sharp, organized Account Manager to help lead creative and marketing projects for one of our most exciting agency clients.

You’ll manage client relationships, run meetings, coordinate with internal teams, and keep everything moving — with a strong focus on detail, clarity, and high standards.

You must be available during Eastern hours: 9 AM to 5 PM EST (6:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST).

You know how to project strength and leadership during meetings, or at least fake it convincingly until the meeting’s over. You can push back on unreasonable client asks, while still making everyone feel warm and fuzzy inside. You can distill a mess of info into clear next steps for your team — and yes, still keep everyone feeling warm and fuzzy.

What you’ll do:

• Lead Zoom calls
• Build agendas and take meeting notes
• Manage client relationships and feedback loops
• Coordinate with creative teams to keep projects on track
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and internal updates
• Write briefs and scopes of work
• Create and manage calendars for internal and external stakeholders
• Own the process from meeting to final delivery
