AAI Event and Consulting Services is hiring for a

JOB PURPOSE

The primary objective of this role is to enhance brand visibility for our institute at schools, public events, coaching fairs, and within the local community, thereby driving awareness and generating student leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Awareness

- Represent the coaching institute at schools, events, fairs, and local marketplaces.

- Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and flyers in high-traffic areas.

- Conduct door-to-door or area-based campaigns/survey as needed.

Student Lead Generation

- Engage with parents and students to articulate course offerings and their benefits.

- Collect student information (name, class, contact details) and relay it to the counseling or sales team.

- Follow up with interested leads to encourage walk-ins.

Event Participation

- Assist in organizing seminars, scholarship tests, and career counseling sessions.

- Help set up stalls and booths during educational events or local exhibitions.

- Promote participation in demo classes and workshops.

Brand Representation

- Wear institute-branded attire (if applicable) and maintain a positive, enthusiastic demeanor.

- Serve as a reliable point of contact, building rapport with students and parents.

Reporting & Feedback

- Provide daily and weekly reports on outreach activities and lead performance
