Job Description: Brand Marketing Role Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Brand Manager to oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial planning skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and a flair for innovation, ensuring the brands consistent growth and recognition across all channels. This role requires someone who can manage cross-functional teams, budget effectively, and bring fresh ideas to every campaign. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Planning & Budget Management Prepare and manage budget plans aligned with targeted revenue goals. Track brand-related expenditures across campaigns and ensure adherence to budgets. Execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing tasks within allocated budgets. Monitor real-time expenses and make prompt decisions to optimize ROI. Provide weekly updates on budget vs. spends and ROI to developers. Maintain accurate budget records in the SFDC portal. 2. Campaign Planning & Workload Management Schedule project-wise tasks in alignment with agencies and designers. Create and manage task lists to meet launch timelines and distribute workloads efficiently. Align campaign tasks with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution. Present week-wise calendar plans to developers and stakeholders for alignment. Coordinate with vendors and agencies to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Train interns to assist with campaign management and execution. 3. Planning & Commitment to Deliver Present week-wise calendar plans to stakeholders for timely deliverables. Roll out creatives and collaterals according to fixed timelines. Ensure the on-time execution of all ATL, BTL, and digital marketing activities. Handle last-minute campaign launches with 100% deliverables. Manage the design and architect work with rendering and model-making agencies. 4. End-to-End Financial Control Develop budget plans and get conceptual approval from stakeholders. Ensure campaign tasks are executed within the allocated budget. Optimize costs while maintaining quality across all campaign activities. Monitor actual expenses and make necessary adjustments to improve ROI. Share weekly budget updates and track performance metrics. 5. Attention to Detail & Last-Mile Execution Ensure flawless campaign execution with attention to creative and messaging details. Review and approve campaign collaterals to maintain brand consistency. Conduct mock calls to ensure pre-sales readiness before campaigns go live. Obtain necessary approvals from stakeholders before releasing campaign materials. Double-check all collaterals with vendors before print and execution. 6. Innovation & Development a) Salesforce Implementation Ensure the SFDC team is informed about upcoming project launches. Update campaign expenses in the Salesforce portal. Utilize Salesforce reports to measure campaign effectiveness and track customer profiles. Assist in developing campaign-related dashboards and reports. b) Campaign Innovation Ensure uniqueness in communication for each campaign. Innovate OOH campaigns with creative elements such as lit logos and dynamic content. Develop premium collaterals like double gatefold brochures. Enhance customer experiences with festive site dcor and well-planned events. Execute referral events to boost conversions and brand image. c) Brand Ethos Consistency Follow a consistent roadmap for campaign launches. Ensure mandatory elements like RERA details are included in all communications. Maintain consistent brand ethos across all campaign materials. Deliver mandatory collaterals in a phased manner for each campaign. d) Originality & Inspiration Ideate and conceptualize original campaign thoughts. Ensure campaigns are inspiring and resonate with the target audience. Use unique concepts to drive engagement and conversions. 7. Internal Processes & Discipline a) Process & Discipline Ensure effective communication with cross-functional teams for smooth launches. Follow standard operating procedures to meet campaign deadlines. Conduct regular reviews with teams to evaluate performance and address challenges. Assist teams with billing processes, payment disbursements, and task closures. b) Acting in the Developers Best Interest Obtain legally approved disclaimers for all campaigns. Follow brand guidelines across all communications. Ensure the consistent use of brand colors and logos. Optimize budgets to achieve the best results. Provide excellent brand management services tailored to client needs. c) Clarity, Transparency & Delivery Provide clear communication on plans of action for launches. Assist teams in understanding and completing assigned tasks. Share transparent feedback and foster trust among team members. Monitor campaign progress and adjust processes as needed. d) Motivation & Growth Opportunities Take on new tasks assigned by managers and supervisors. Train interns and delegate campaign tasks to ensure smooth execution. Manage vendor and agency alignment for LOI processes. Lead internal events and manage app content uploads. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in brand management and marketing campaign execution. Strong financial acumen with budget management experience. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in Salesforce and other campaign management tools.
