We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to spearhead Woodenstreet's global brand presence, playing a pivotal role in shaping brand affinity, recognition, and storytelling both online and offline. This impactful position necessitates expertise in brand campaigns, content creation, public relations, and social media engagement. Collaborating closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, interfacing with the founder's office, and overseeing a growing team are key aspects of this role. Based in Udaipur, this full-time position requires a strategic thinker with a knack for execution. Key Responsibilities: - Planning and executing brand campaigns across various channels. - Crafting the media narrative, enhancing visibility, and establishing thought leadership through PR and corporate communications. - Defining the brand's voice, tone, and messaging through compelling content and storytelling. - Leading influencer marketing initiatives, identifying suitable partners, and evaluating outcomes. - Cultivating internal brand culture by fostering brand loyalty among employees and collaborating with HR and leadership. - Managing creative and agency partnerships to deliver high-quality brand assets. - Overseeing campaign budgets, assessing performance metrics, and driving commercial success. Requirements: - Experience: 5-7 years in brand marketing, encompassing both agency and in-house roles. - Campaign Expertise: Hands-on involvement in brand campaigns, influencer marketing, social storytelling, or PR initiatives. - Creative Aptitude: Proficient in crafting briefs and offering constructive feedback on creative projects. - Leadership Skills: Comfortable interacting with senior management and delivering independent presentations. - Working Style: Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on, and results-oriented environment. - Location: Must be based in Udaipur or willing to relocate (relocation support available). - Mindset: Team player with a drive for ownership and achieving impactful outcomes.,
