Brand Marketing Executive/Manager

As a Market Research Analyst at Fusion Beauty, your role will involve conducting market research on cosmetics and perfume industry trends, competitor brands, and consumer behavior to shape branding strategies. You will be responsible for building brand positioning and identity for new cosmetic & perfume product launches. Additionally, you will share detailed product briefs with suppliers for sample development as per management guidelines and coordinate with suppliers for modifications to meet budget, specifications, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research on cosmetics and perfume industry trends, competitor brands, and consumer behavior. - Build brand positioning and identity for new cosmetic & perfume product launches. - Share detailed product briefs with suppliers for sample development as per management guidelines. - Coordinate with suppliers for modifications to meet budget, specifications, and quality standards. - Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and event teams to ensure branding consistency across platforms. - Support product launches with creative strategies for exhibitions, roadshows, and B2B promotions. - Maintain competitor analysis reports and provide insights for continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - Proven experience in market research and branding strategies in the cosmetics or perfume industry. - Strong communication and coordination skills with suppliers and event teams.
