Brand Marketing-B2B

You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies and communications to support the development and growth of our business. Your role will involve developing clear and compelling brand and communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and recognition for the company, in alignment with corporate guidelines. Additionally, you will be tasked with refining a comprehensive lead generation strategy for the Construction Materials business unit. As the Brand Marketing-B2B professional, you will plan, oversee, and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and social media. You will also be expected to build and maintain a reliable and cost-efficient network of agencies and partners, while optimizing and tracking the marketing and communication budget according to the organizational plan. Managing various marketing and creative agencies will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should possess a minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience primarily in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in areas such as Lead/Demand Generation, Data Analytics, Social Media, Branding & Communications, and Consumer Behavior. A Post Graduate or Graduate degree, preferably an MBA with a specialization in Marketing, is required. Additionally, having a Diploma or Degree in Civil engineering or experience in the construction/building materials industry would be advantageous. Experience in digital marketing, including social media management, is crucial for this position. Proficiency in MS Office and a strong affinity for technology, particularly in utilizing technology for marketing activities, are essential. Previous marketing or sales experience in product marketing is preferred, and familiarity with Salesforce (CRM) would be a plus, especially if you have previous marketing or sales experience in building materials marketing.
