We're Hiring: Brand Marketer – D2C Brands 📍 Chennai | 💻 Digital-First | 🧴 D2C Beauty & Lifestyle | 🎯 3–6 yrs experience We’re a creative + performance-led agency partnering with some of India’s most exciting D2C brands. If you’ve built a consumer brand online—and know how to turn scrolls into sales and products into love marks—we want to talk. What you’ll do: 🔹 Own brand strategy for multiple high-growth D2C brands 🔹 Define voice, positioning, and messaging across digital touchpoints 🔹 Plan and execute 360° campaigns—launches, content, influencers, community 🔹 Develop advertising and listing strategies for platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, and more 🔹 Collaborate with design, content, and media teams to bring ideas to life 🔹 Ensure consistency across web, Instagram, email, marketplaces & more 🔹 Stay on top of digital and cultural trends and apply them meaningfully 🔹 Track and grow key brand KPIs: awareness, engagement, loyalty Qualifications: ✔ 3–6 years of brand marketing experience in D2C, beauty, skincare, FMCG, or lifestyle ✔ Proven experience in content planning, campaign execution & product launches ✔ Strong creative instincts backed by consumer insight and data ✔ Ability to work across multiple brands with agility and clarity ✔ Excellent communicator—can align clients, teams, and timelines seamlessly Bonus if you have: ✨ Worked at/with a D2C brand or creative agency ✨ Run influencer, community, or content-led campaigns ✨ A pulse on skincare trends and digital beauty culture 📩 Sound like your kind of challenge?
