We are looking for an experienced and creative Brand Manager to join our team in Japan. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, ensuring consistent messaging, and driving market growth.

🔹 What You’ll Do / 主な業務内容

Develop and execute brand strategies and campaigns

ブランド戦略・キャンペーンの企画・実行

Manage brand positioning, identity, and communication

ブランドポジショニング、アイデンティティ、コミュニケーションの管理

Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights

市場調査の実施および消費者インサイトの分析

Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product)

マーケティング・営業・商品部門との連携

Monitor KPIs, budgets, and campaign performance

KPI・予算・キャンペーン効果の管理

🔹 What We’re Looking For / 応募資格

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

マーケティング、経営学または関連分野の学士号

3–6 years of experience in brand management or marketing

ブランドマネジメントまたはマーケティング経験3〜6年

Strong project management and communication skills

優れたプロジェクト管理力とコミュニケーション力

Experience with digital marketing and consumer insights

デジタルマーケティング・消費者分析の経験

Business-level English and Japanese required

ビジネスレベルの英語力・日本語力必須
