Brand Manager – Influencer Marketing

• Execute influencer campaigns end-to-end: creator sourcing, outreach, coordination, and closures
• Manage day-to-day client communication and campaign updates
• Coordinate with creators for briefs, drafts, revisions, approvals, and posting timelines
• Ensure content follows brand guidelines and quality standards
• Track campaigns, maintain sheets, and prepare basic performance reports
• Work with internal creative and performance teams on briefs and learnings
• Maintain creator databases (rates, categories, past performance)
• Follow SOPs and ensure timely delivery with no misses
  

Required Skills

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in influencer marketing, brand marketing, or account management
• Strong execution skills with multiple campaigns and tight timelines
• Good communication with clients and creators
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting
• Understanding of Instagram and YouTube creator ecosystems
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
