About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Brand Management Executive to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of digital marketing and brand strategy, specifically within the Cosmetics or Beauty Care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies to build market presence and consumer engagement.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and web.
• Collaborate with product development, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure alignment of brand messaging with target audience and business goals.

Requirements:

• Any graduate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Brand Management.
• Must have prior experience in the Cosmetic or Beauty Care industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
