Brand Executive

As a Brand Executive, you will work closely with the Brand Manager and leadership team to bring the brand vision to life. Your responsibilities will include executing digital and offline campaigns, managing content, coordinating PR efforts, and maintaining a sharp, consistent, and relevant brand voice. Ideal candidates for this role are those with 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, or content, seeking a dynamic position in a fast-paced brand that blends healthcare and lifestyle elements. You will collaborate with the Brand Manager to implement brand campaigns and initiatives across various platforms, ensuring a uniform brand message. Additionally, you will oversee content calendars for social media, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns, working with designers, videographers, and agencies to create high-quality content. Other key responsibilities include developing marketing materials, pitch decks, and presentations, drafting press releases and communication briefs, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to suggest data-driven improvements. Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and cultural moments will be essential to keeping the brand relevant. Candidates should possess a graduate or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields, along with strong writing, communication, and analytical skills. A good understanding of social media analytics, content management, and PR practices is crucial. Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are highly valued traits. While experience in healthcare, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, FMCG, or consumer brands is preferred, it is not mandatory.
