We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Brand Communication Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading brand communication strategies, planning campaigns, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure seamless execution. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to provide valuable insights and suggestions to clients to enhance their online visibility and brand reputation.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development of comprehensive brand communication strategies that align with clients' business objectives and target audience.

Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including graphics, web designers, social media, and content creators, to ensure the timely and successful execution of campaigns.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals, challenges, and preferences, and providing strategic guidance and recommendations to meet their needs.

Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights, leveraging this information to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in their digital marketing efforts.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand communication and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand communication, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably within an agency environment.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand communication strategies and campaigns that drive measurable results.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.

Strategic thinker with a creative mind-set and a passion for innovation.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, SEM, and analytics.

Experience working with clients from diverse industries and understanding their unique needs and challenges.
