Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role as a Brand Assistant based in Delhi, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Brand Assistant will manage day-to-day brand operations, assist in developing and executing branding strategies, collaborate with the sales team to enhance product positioning, and communicate brand objectives across departments. The role involves analyzing market trends, contributing innovative ideas for branding campaigns, and maintaining a consistent brand image.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Experience in branding and brand management to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and the ability to align branding efforts with sales goals
• Detail-oriented mindset with creativity and initiative to contribute to campaign development
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with the lifestyle or luxury goods market is a plus
