Alaknanda is committed to quality, sustainability, and compliance with environmental laws. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Assistant located in Kolkata. The Brand Assistant will be responsible for supporting the branding and brand management activities of the company. Daily tasks include conducting market research, assisting with brand strategy development, implementing branding initiatives, supporting sales efforts, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The Brand Assistant will also assist in the analysis of brand performance and contribute to the planning and execution of brand campaigns. Qualifications Analytical Skills and ability to analyze brand performance Excellent Communication skills for effective internal and external interactions Experience in Branding and Brand Management Sales skills to support sales efforts Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the iron and steel industry is a plus
