Brand Alliance Executive

As a Brand Manager for a company located in Noida, your role will involve conceptualizing brand identity and developing market strategies for more than 4000+ vending machines. Your key responsibilities will include: - Operation management, Buy plan, Merchandise mix, category margins, and additional category income optimization for the vending machines. - Screening and onboarding different brand vendors to enhance market presence. - Marketing Management activities such as defining the right product mix, organizing promotional marketing activities, and onboarding fresh Brands based on industry trends and consumer insights. - Strengthening vendor relationships and increasing revenue streams through business development opportunities like Product Buying, Negotiation on TOT Margin, and overall Commercial Income. - Resolving issues with high-profile customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Supplier management and risk assessment to maintain a healthy supplier base. - Internal business sourcing and data-driven analysis with report generation. - Proficiency in using Excel and MS Word is a must for this role. Qualifications required for this position include: - 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
