Branch Technical Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspection of
Property Valuation
, meticulously checking
Built-up area and Plot area

Prepare comprehensive and accurate
Valuation Reports

Work closely with the legal counterpart on the
technical evaluation front
, ensuring alignment and accuracy.
Manage vendors involved in the technical evaluation process, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Maintain
TAT (Turnaround Time) targets
for the technical evaluation process, optimizing efficiency.
Resolve queries from clients regarding valuation reports in a professional and clear manner.
