Role & responsibilities Managing the overall zone technical function. Property assessment and valuation for lending. Implementation of policies, procedures, and technical underwriting guideline. Formulate, review, and implement the Technical Policy of Hinduja Housing Finance appropriate for the market segment (working with primarily undocumented income/Technical profiles) sought to be served. Maintenance of TAT, Compliance, policies and procedures as per NHB guidance. Ensuring compliance with technical process manual and norms Periodic review. Modification of technical process and procedure. Review and updating of builder rating across location. Periodic review of APF. Periodic Review of Zone Base Master. Tracking and monitoring of all technical OTC/PDD. Refer exceptional cases for opinion/decision to Head Technical, wherever required. Empanelment, Monitoring, and review performance/reports of technical consultant. To recommend a list of approved, negative and caution areas to Corporate Office. Control over the Regional/Cluster-MIS. Monitor and ensure the Technical TAT . Maintenance of various reports, MIS and Database. Preferred candidate profile 15+ yrs. experience in Property Technical Assessment, Technical Operations and Technical underwriting.
