Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Branch Sales Manager to lead branch sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage the sales team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and achieve branch-level sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team’s daily performance.
Handle customer counselling, conversions, and high-value sales.
Ensure adherence to company sales processes and SOPs.
Monitor daily reports, lead follow-ups, and revenue tracking.
Coordinate with operations, marketing, and clinic teams.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

Proven experience in Sales Management, preferably in Wellness, Skin Care, Healthcare, or Service Industry and other industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
Target-driven and performance-oriented approach.
Willing to attend final interview in Chandigarh.
Ready to undergo 15–20 days unpaid training at the Chandigarh office.
