Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in used car sales or related fields.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Job Requirements
