Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in sales or relationship management. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
