Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the branch. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities. Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage customer interactions and transactions.
