To drive acquisition and growth of Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) portfolios through new-to-bank customer acquisition, relationship management, and cross-selling of banking products and services. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with business and individual clients to achieve branch and regional CASA targets.
Acquire new CASA customers through open market sourcing, referrals, and corporate tie-ups.
Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA targets (both value and volume).
Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain and deepen existing customer relationships to increase CASA balances.
Provide personalized banking solutions to clients based on their business and financial needs.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Cross-sell bank products such as term deposits, loans, insurance, investment products, and digital solutions.
Drive activation and usage of digital channels (internet banking, mobile banking, debit cards, etc.).
Ensure fee income generation through value-added services.
