Branch Relationship Manager - Business Development - BRANCH BANKING

As a member of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team, your role is to achieve the Business Objectives set for the branch. This includes meeting the Value, Volume, and channel Productivity metrics to drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating revenues by selling CASA, X-Sell, and Third Party Products such as Insurance. - Sourcing High Value CASA customers and building Family Banking relationships. - Bringing in new customers through individual efforts and acquisition channels. - Contacting a minimum of 20 customers per day to drive sales opportunities. - Meeting with at least 4 customers or prospects daily to promote products and services. - Upgrading customers from lower product categories to higher ones to increase value.,
