JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Branch Relationship Officer Bancassurance
Location: CHENNAI Salary: 2.54.5 LPA | Type: Full-Time
Role:
Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches by engaging walk-in customers and leads from branch staff. Maintain strong relationships with bank employees and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell insurance products to new & existing customers.
Achieve NOP, FYP, persistency & zero-complaint targets.
Resolve customer issues within TAT.
Train & support branch staff on product knowledge.
Requirements:
Graduate (or equivalent).
Strong communication & relationship skills.
Local candidate, local language a must.
Two-wheeler mandatory, willing to travel.
