Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Operations Specialist located in Kollam and Thoduppuzha The Branch Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing branch banking operations, ensuring efficient operations management, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining business relationships. Day-to-day tasks include processing transactions, handling customer inquiries, managing branch resources, and coordinating with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
