Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue
Drive branch sales for CASA, Term Deposits, Wealth, Insurance, Loans, and Digital Banking.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets across liabilities and assets portfolio.
Strengthen customer wallet share through deep relationship management.
Customer Experience
Ensure superior branch service delivery and prompt issue resolution.
Maintain high NPS and drive digital adoption among clients.
Engage with key HNI/NRI/Corporate customers for retention and cross-selling.
Operations & Compliance
Ensure full adherence to banking policies, RBI guidelines, and audit standards.
Monitor branch operational activities including cash management, KYC, and AML.
Conduct regular checks to minimize risk, fraud, and operational errors.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve business goals.
Ensure productivity, performance tracking, and capability development.
Drive a culture of customer focus, integrity, and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience
